For over seven years, we have been advising technology ventures, businesses, and investors across industries — helping them make informed decisions, build sustainable strategies, and achieve measurable success. Our work is grounded in both academic rigor and real-world experience.

Our Founder
Kaan Armagan is the Founder of Gondlyr Education and Technology Consultancy. Educated at Harvard University, where he studied Economics and Computer Science, Kaan has built his career around the intersection of technology, innovation, and human potential.
Over the past decade, he has worked across continents as a consultant, entrepreneur, and educator, guiding both individuals and organizations toward meaningful growth. Kaan has helped international students secure admission to world-class universities and has advised early-stage technology ventures, several of which went on to join Y Combinator at the pre-product stage or were later acquired for their technology and data assets.
As a serial entrepreneur, Kaan has founded and led three ventures in payment systems, agricultural technology, and education, gaining firsthand experience in scaling innovation from concept to market. His expertise spans software engineering, robotics, IoT, machine learning, computer vision (satellite and IoT), agriculture technology, and educational technology.
He serves as a Mentor and Jury Member at MassChallenge, one of the world’s leading startup accelerators, where he received the Impact Award (2022), and was recognized by AI Global Media as Massachusetts’ Most Influential CEO. Kaan has also been invited as a Guest Lecturer in Computer Science at the University of Oxford.
Outside his professional life, Kaan draws from more than 20 years of martial arts practice — including Aikido, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Karate, and Wushu — a lifelong discipline that continues to shape his approach to leadership, focus, and perseverance.
