Technology Venture & Business Advisory
Supporting Technologists and Businesses Achieve Their Potential
We work with founders, technical teams, and investors as hands-on advisors — not as outside observers. Our team brings direct experience as venture operators, having founded and led companies in payments, agricultural technology, and education, so we understand the challenges our clients face from the inside out.
Our advisory services fall into three categories:
Technology & Architecture We help ventures make sound technical decisions at critical junctures. This includes data infrastructure design, AI/ML system architecture, pipeline development, model evaluation frameworks, and independent technical oversight. We have supported clients building agentic AI systems, geospatial imaging platforms, IoT sensor networks, computer vision pipelines, and full-stack web applications.
Product & Strategy We advise on the full product lifecycle — from user research and functional specifications through to deployment, iteration, and scale. This extends to product roadmapping, go-to-market strategy, fundraising preparation, market-entry sequencing across different regulatory environments, and positioning for acquisition. Several of our clients have gone on to join Y Combinator at the pre-product stage or been acquired for their technology and data assets.
Data & Analytics We design and build data-driven decision systems, analytics dashboards, and automated knowledge extraction tools that help organisations make better decisions faster. This includes working with structured and unstructured datasets, building statistical models, and deploying monitoring and reporting infrastructure.
